Refund Eligibility Criteria:

- The purchased intellectual property (IP) services significantly differ from the description provided.
- IP service listed cannot be fulfilled.
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Order Cancellation policy:
- You are eligible for order cancellation and refund if
- Order is cancelled within 8 hours
- There is delay in delivery of the order placed for the product or services by more than 30 days from date of the order placement.
- The cancellation policy is not applicable to services that are already rendered example: advisory, consulting, training, workshops and etc..
Refund Process:

- The refund request must include:
- Order details (order number, date of purchase).
- Description of the issue or reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting documentation or evidence.
- Upon receipt of the refund request, our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Terms and Conditions:
- Refunds will not be provided for services rendered, such as consulting or advisory services.
- Processing fee may be applicable to the orders that were cancelled beyond 8 hours
